To sections, offices and affiliated public institutions of the Sub-Bureau: 

After deliberation at the 35th Conference (Expanded) of the Leading CPC Members’ Group of the Mentougou Sub-Bureau of the Beijing Municipal Commission of Planning and Natural Resources, held on December 16, 2019, the following decisions have been reached: 

Comrade Cao Yanping is hereby appointed by the Commission as First-Grade Principal Staff Member of the Natural Resource Owner Interest Section (Natural Resource Development and Utilization Section) of the Mentougou Sub-Bureau of the Beijing Municipal Commission of Planning and Natural Resources, and discharged as head of the same section.   

Comrade Chen Tianlan is hereby appointed by the Commission as First-Grade Principal Staff Member of the Discipline Inspection Office of the Mentougou Sub-Bureau of the Beijing Municipal Commission of Planning and Natural Resources, and discharged as Director of the same office.   

Comrade Deng Detie is hereby appointed by the Commission as First-Grade Principal Staff Member of the Municipal Transport Section of the Mentougou Sub-Bureau of the Beijing Municipal Commission of Planning and Natural Resources, and discharged as Second-Grade Principal Staff Member of the same section.   

Comrade Lü Jinmei is hereby appointed by the Commission as First-Grade Principal Staff Member of the 1st Planning and Land Resources Management Office of the Mentougou Sub-Bureau of the Beijing Municipal Commission of Planning and Natural Resources, and discharged as Second-Grade Principal Staff Member of the same office.   

The abovementioned appointments and removals shall become effective as of December 16, 2019.
