Please read below the announcement on the use rights transfer of 4 state-owned construction land parcels including Level-I Development of Beijing Fengtai District Subway Line No. 9 Huaxiang Station of FT00-1516-6031 and R2 Class-II Residential Land Development Project of Zaojia Village.
I. The following content is added to Article 12 of the “Land Transfer Document” [JTCG (Fengtai) 2022 No. 47] “Land ownership and status of the land transfer”.
The current situation of the land: the construction site fence, fencing walls, scarps, trees (excluding famous and old trees), hardened road (cut-off road), inflow water shafts (2), outflow water shafts (15), communication cabins (4) are temporarily retained in their current state and will be handed over to the bidder for free in accordance with the relevant national and Beijing municipal regulations. The street light (1), high-voltage pole (9), low-voltage pole (7), communication pole (14), transformer (2), empty pole (2), cable pile (1) and known underground cable on the construction site will be retained in their present state for the time being, and Beijing Fengtai District Planning and Natural Resources Comprehensive Affairs Center promises to complete the relocation and demolition work before November 20, 2022.
II. The following contents are added to Article 12 of the “Land Transfer Document” [JTCG (Daxing) 2022 No. 52] “Land ownership and status of the land transfer”.
The current situation of the land: The relocation plan has been approved and the construction has started. The trees (excluding famous and old trees), fences, fencing walls and 5 10KV high-voltage poles on the construction site shall not be compensated.
The trees, fences and fencing walls within the construction site will be retained in their current state and will be handed over to the bidder free-of-charge in accordance with the relevant national and Beijing municipal regulations.
The five 10KV high-voltage poles within the construction site shall be retained in their current state, and the Daxing District Government promises to complete the relocation and demolition work before November 20, 2022 (or 2 months after the date of the transfer).
III. The following contents are added to Article 12 of the “Land Transfer Document” [JTCG (Shunyi) 2022 No. 054] “Land ownership and status of the land transfer”.
The status quo of the land: the fence, scarps, inflow and outflow water shafts, communication cabins and power cabins within the construction site will be retained in their present state and will be handed over to the bidder free-of-charge for disposal in accordance with the relevant regulations of the State and Beijing.
The power distribution cabins within the construction site will be retained in their current state, and Shunyi District will undertake to complete the relocation and demolition work before November 20, 2022 (or 2 months after the date of the transfer).
IV. The following contents are added to Article 13 of the “Land Transfer Document” [JTCG (Fangshan) 2022 No. 055] “Land ownership and status of the land transfer”.
The status quo of the land: there are fences, fencing walls, scarps and high-voltage poles (2, 10KV, relocation plan has been obtained) within the land, none of which involves compensation.
Disposal opinions on ground objects:
1. The fence, fencing wall, scarps within the site will be retained in its current state and will be handed over to the bidder without charge in accordance with the relevant national and Beijing municipal regulations.
2. High-voltage poles within the site will be retained in their current state, and the Fangshan District Government promises to complete the relocation and demolition work before September 15, 2022.
This Supplementary Announcement has the same effect as the original announcement on the transfer of state-owned construction land use rights, if there is any contradiction with the original announcement, this Announcement shall prevail.
