In order to implement the decision of the Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government on accelerating the construction of digital government, streamlining and digitizing administrative services, advancing the construction of “Two Districts” and optimizing business environment, the Beijing Municipal Commission of Planning and Natural Resources has adjusted the application portal of certain administrative approvals related to surveying, mapping and geographical information according to the “Five Actions” workplan on advancing digital administrative services. Relevant matters are hereby notified as follows.
I. Adjustment scope
The adjustment covers “approval of legal persons or other organizations using surveying and mapping results falling into the category of state secret”, “approval of sharing with foreign entities surveying and mapping results falling into the category of state secret” and “approval of collective submission of surveying and mapping results”.
II. Website change

The previous website portal (http://yewu.ghzrzyw.beijing.gov.cn/gw/ssoLogin/login) will be terminated after the new portals are put in use. For matters that have not completed on the original website, applicants can still access the original website to process and check the handling results.
