To whom this may concern:

In order to implement the relevant requirements of the Beijing Municipal Government’s Audit and Reform Office on simplifying certificates and making full use of IT tools in query and sharing of data resources, the Beijing Municipal Commission of Planning and Natural Resources will no longer issue certificates of integrity (i.e. query results of administrative penalties) for survey and design planning agencies in Beijing. Where construction engineering authorities and relevant departments of other provinces need to inquire the administrative penalties of survey, design and planning agencies in Beijing, they can visit the website of the Commission and search “Administrative Penalty Results” under the directory of “Public Disclosure” on the home page.
