The hearing on the updated price of state-owned construction land for sale in Beijing is hereby scheduled on Saturday, November 27 from 9:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. in Conference Room 3210, Building 3 of the Beijing Municipal Commission of Planning and Natural Resources (No. 1 Cheng’an Road, Tongzhou District).

Under the supervision of a notary, the hearing representatives determined by lot from among the legal persons or other organizations and citizens who have registered are as follows:

1. Citizen representatives: Jin Xiaofeng, Li Ping, Qi Gang;

2. Legal person representatives: Beijing Medical Park Property Co., Ltd; Beijing Jinfeng Xingye Real Estate Consulting Co., Ltd; Beijing Association of Real Estate Appraisers and Land Appraisers and Real Estate Registration Agents.

Three representatives from government departments and three experts are invited to the hearing.

Representatives are requested to bring their ID cards and hearing materials to attend on time.
