Fellow citizens and relevant entities,

To make government services more convenient for businesses and individuals, the Changping District Real Estate Registration Centre (located at No. 36, Nanhuan East Road) will be relocated to a new address. This decision is in accordance with the arrangements of the Changping District Committee of the CPC and the Changping District Government. To ensure that the new hall operates as normal, office equipment and a network system must be installed. Therefore, services provided by the centre will be suspended during August 27–28, 2020. Matters concerning our relocation are as follows:

1. New address:

The new hall of the Real Estate Registration Centre is located at Building 1, No. 10, Jingxing Street, Changping District, Beijing.

2. Office hours:

From August 31, 2020 onwards, our office hours will be 9:00 –12:00 am and 13:30 –17:30 pm on working days.

4. Getting there:

Take the Beijing subway Changping Line to Nanshao Station, then take bus No. 870, bus Chang 31 or bus Chang 59 to Xinzhuang stop, and then walk south for 416 m (about 5 minutes).
