Announcement of Land Scope Adjustment of Primary Land Development Project in Longkong New Village, Yongshun Town, Tongzhou District

The primary land development project in Linkong New Village, Yongshun Town, Tongzhou District (hereinafter referred to as "the project") has determined Beijing Wuhe Real Estate Development Co. Ltd. as the main body of primary land its development in May 2007 through open tendering. The project is located in Yongshun Town of Tongzhou District, and it was originally authorized to implement by North Zone and South Zone, with total land area of about 105 hectares. In view that the deepening program of the block has been adjusted, the project intends to adjust the scope of land in order to achieve regional planning. According to the opinions related to the joint review meeting held by the committees, offices and bureaus, it's in principle agreed with the adjustment of the project scope; Beijing Wuhe Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., will continue to be the main body and the scope of adjustment should be released for public announcement in accordance with relevant procedures without objection. Relevant formalities on primary land development should be handled upon the approval of the municipal government. Upon adjustment, the project will be divided into South Zone, No. 1 North Zone, and No. 2 North Zone for implementation, covering total land area of about 142 hectares. After adjusting the scope of the project, the costs for primary land development will increase from 1.624 billion yuan to 5.563 billion yuan according to the preliminary estimates. The final costs will then be accounted based on the relevant provisions of cost accounting. The profit of primary land development will still be subject to the results of the bidding, and no adjustment will be made. The adjustment will be publicized as follows:

The red box is the land scope after adjustment, covering about 142 hectares (as per the final scope of planned piling); of which, the shaded area is the newly increased land area of about 37 hectares, and the remaining part is the original authorized land area of about 105 hectares.

Hereby, the above matters are released for public announcement for a period of 7 days (from March 10, 2017 to March 16, 2017). During the publicity period, if you have any objection to these matters, please feed back to Tongzhou Sub Center of Beijing Municipal Land Consolidation Reserves Center.
