Beijing Shouhuan Cultural Tourism Investment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Beijing Shouhuan") signed two assignment contracts (Jing Di Chu [He] Zi (2014) No.0105 and Jing Di Chu [He] Zi (2016) No.0081) by means of hanging out a shingle with Beijing Municipal Commission for City Planning and Natural Resources (hereinafter referred to as "the Commission") in April 2014 and August 2016 respectively. The areas of the land parcels for assignment are 1,186,602.837 square meters and 2,065,392.581 square meters respectively.

   Beijing Shouhuan has applied to the Commission for an administrative license to change the assignment contracts, thus the areas of the assigned land parcels agreed in the two assignment contracts were changed to 1,177,095.794 square meters and 2,074,899.624 square meters respectively.

In order to maintain the openness, fairness and equity of the land market and maintain regional stability, the Commission hereby makes the aforesaid adjustment public with the publicity period of 10 working days. If the relevant stakeholders have any objection, please submit a written objection to the Commission within 10 working days from the date of the announcement.
