Announcement of Beijing Municipality on Pre-application for Assignment of State-owned Construction Land Use Rights

According to the relevant laws and regulations of the State and Beijing Municipality, and upon the approval of the People's Government of Beijing Municipality, the Beijing Municipal Commission of Planning and Natural Resources intends to, through hanging out a shingle, assign the use right of the following state-owned lands for construction purposes in the near future.

II. All enterprises, other organizations and individuals inside and outside the People's Republic of China (except as otherwise provided by law) may make pre-application for land use to participate in bidding, independently or jointly.

III. The person who has bidding intention for the above land parcels may send the land pre-application documents to the municipal land trading market:

1. Pre-application for Assignment of State-owned Construction Land Use Rights;

2. A copy of the business license or other subject qualification certificate (the original checked and the copy retained), non-local enterprises can provide a copy affixed with a seal by the local registration authority;

3. Copies of certificates and ID card of the legal representative (the original checked and the copy retained);

4. Copies of the letter of attorney from legal representative and ID card of the authorized person (the original checked and the copy retained).

IV. The time for accepting this pre-application of land parcels in this announcement is from January 9, 2019, from 9: 00 a.m. to 11: 30 a.m. and from 1: 30 p.m. to 5: 00 p.m. on legal working days.

V. After examination, the bidder whose pre-application for land use has been accepted must pay the pre-applied security deposit to the Beijing Land Consolidation and Reserve Center.

VI. The pre-application security deposit should be deposited in the following designated bank account:

The financial management department of Beijing Land Consolidation and Reserve Center will issue a receipt for the pre-application security deposit to the paying unit after confirming the arrival of pre-application security deposit to the account. The paying entity must be the same entity as the bidder (if it is a joint bid, the paying entity of the pre-applied security deposit shall be a member unit of the consortium), and other entities are prohibited from paying the pre-applied security deposit on behalf of the said entity.

VII. The Beijing Municipal Commission of Planning and Natural Resources will issue the announcement on assignment of the above land parcel and organize public assignment activities after determining the pre-applicant for land use.
