In accordance with the Circular of the General Office of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development on Affairs in Connection with the Administration of Appraisement Labels for Green Buildings (Jian Ban Ke [2015] No.53), the Appraisement Standards for Green Buildings (DB11/T825-2011 and DB11/T825-2015) and other relevant standards, the Beijing Municipal Commission of Planning and Natural Resources has organized and carried out a batch of projects of appraisement labels for green buildings. Those projects that have passed the appraisement (see Appendix) are hereby publicized with a deadline of January 20, 2019.
During the publicity period, any entity or individual that has any objection to these projects may put forward written opinions. An entity shall affix its official seal to its opinions, while an individual shall sign his/her real name and leave his/her ID card number and contact number as well.
