Announcement on Enabling the Seal of the Planning and Natural Resources Bureau of the Beijing Municipal Sub-central Party Working Committee and Management Committee 

According to the spirit of the Circular on Clarifying the Relevant Matters Concerning the Administrative Functions of the Beijing Municipal Sub-central Party Working Committee and Management Committee of the Communist Party of China (Jing Bian Wei [2019] No.4) issued by the institution establishment committee of Beijing Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China, the Planning and Natural Resources Bureau of the Beijing Municipal Sub-central Party Working Committee and Management Committee is hereby established. Since November 25, 2019, the Bureau has activated the seal of the Planning and Natural Resources Bureau of the Beijing Municipal Sub-central Management Committee, while the seal of the original Beijing Municipal Sub-center Construction Leading Group Planning and Construction Command Office" will be abolished from now on.
