In order to facilitate the overall revision of the land use of Chaoyang in a sound and fast manner, Director Fan Wenzhen headed the plan revising committee to discuss the results of the initial planning with leaders of different villages. Party Secretary Song Liandi and Zhao Zenghua, Vice Chairman of Chaoyang Peoples' Political Consultative Conference, participated in the discussions.
　　On the meeting of suggestions solicitation, leaders of different villages introduced their suggestions on the plan, and the project committee technically analyzed the presented suggestions one by one. Through in-depth discussion, they identified the contents that need to be improved. On the meeting, Director Fan Wenzhen especially asked the progress of the construction of green belts of the villages, and he emphasized that the revision and development of the plan should take serving the development of the district and villages as the starting point. Industrial land use of the villages should be guaranteed. In the layout of the plan, he called for better linkage with the urban planning and industrial planning and if the quota permits, reserve some land for future development of the area. With regard to the long term development of the district's land planning, and green belts construction, he expects more contributions to be made.
