To improve the inspection on land use, and supervision and law enforcement on illegal land use in Chaoyang District, Chaoyang Branch made a thorough summary on the 8th satellite remote sensing inspection on land use in 2008, laying a firm foundation for the next inspection.
　　Thanks to the following proper conducts, our branch handled all the cases of illegal land use during the 8th satellite remote sensing inspection.
　　First, the CPC committee of the district, the people's government of the district paid much attention to this matter. A "Rectification Work Group for Illegal Construction" consisting of members from the Organization Department, Discipline Inspection Commission, Personnel Department,  Supervision Bureau, Agriculture Commission, Chaoyang Branch of Bureau of Land and Resources, Chaoyang Branch of Bureau of Planning, and City Management Supervision Brigade of Chaoyang District was specially set up to handle the illegal land use cases.
　　Second, the people's government of the district issued the Notice on the Clearing of Illegal Land Use and Illegal Constructions. Chaoyang Branch of Beijing Municipal Bureau of Land and Resources issued notification of dismantlement to each township government involving illegal land use to force them to recover the original scene of the land within time limit.
　　Third, the party committee and the government of each township were designated to supervise the rectification of illegal land use. In collaboration with other units, the City Management Supervision Brigade of Chaoyang District was designated to carry out the dismantlement work to ensure the rectification work to be done smoothly.
