On Jan. 15, Fengtai District Shiliuzhuang Village Renovation Project Land (S-17, S-24, S-31, etc.) closed the deal, with a total area of 12.13 hectares and a gross turnover of 4.24 billion yuan, which increased 69,000 sq.m. self-residential commercial housing by means of limiting price of land and bidding for self-residential commercial housing area. The land is Fengtai District's second key village renovation project land after Xiajia Hutong Village Renovation Project closed the deal last year. After the completion of the project, it can improve surrounding living environment greatly, promote urban public service function, and provide 110,000 sq.m. commercial housing for Shiliuzhuang village and Dongtieying village for the purpose of guaranteeing the development of two-village collective economic organizations and the villagers' long-term livelihood.
　　So far, out of the residential lands closed the deal in 2014, the buildable self-residential commercial housings have a total area of 620,000 square meters.
