3 Plots of Residential Land in Yizhuang and Fengtai were Traded and about 163 Thousand Square Meters of Various Security Housing were Added.

  On February 20, 3 plots of residential land were traded in the land transaction market of Beijing with total land area of about 25.57 hectares and architectural scale of 544.3 thousand square meters. The total sum of transaction was 10.958 billion yuan. 163 thousand square meters of architectural scale for low-cost commercial residential buildings and public rental houses have been added through auxiliary construction and competitive construction. The site of the Phase II old village reconstruction project of Xiju Village was traded in the mode of "limited land price and bidding for low-cost commercial residential buildings" and finally purchased by Fuzhou Thaihot Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. at the price of 4.958 billion yuan and by constructing 50 thousand square meters of price-capped houses. The transaction price of the lot was stable, reflecting its value. Meanwhile, the project is the fourth construction site of the major village reconstruction project in Fengtai District. After its completion, Xiju Village will be provided with 42.9 thousand square meters of commercial buildings. The rebuilt commercial part will be aimed at serving Lize, improving the support of Lize financial and commercial zone, leading rural industry toward a high-yield and low-consumption direction, guiding the formation of dominant industry and substantial economy and providing villagers with abundant and superior jobs to raise the rural collective economy's capability to follow-up development.
