On the afternoon of June 4th, HR Division of the Bureau held the communication conversazione for cadres at deputy department director level. Mr. Zhang Wei, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Bureau and Deputy Director of the Bureau, and other 15 cadres, who ascended to posts at deputy department director level through competition in June, 2013, attended the conversazione, which was presided by Wang Cuijie, Director of HR Division of the Bureau.

    During the conversazione, those 15 leaders and cadres introduced their achievements and experience in such aspects as ideology, work, etc., exchanged their new problems and challenges in such aspects as planning and coordination, comprehensive management, etc. they met in their new posts, and proposed related ideas and suggestions. As they reflected, they had found their feet in their posts through actively changing roles, and improving work modes and thinking methods. On behalf of the Party Committee, Mr. Zhang Wei appreciated their hard word in the past year, and proposed five requirements for the work in the future: 1. To stick to firm ideal and faith; 2. To fully implement policies and stipulations; 3. To give a full play to the initiative spirit in comprehensive coordination; 4. To continue studying; 5. To run governmental affairs with corruption and always be cautious.
