In 2015, 450-hectare land area is planned to be supplied for affordable housing project in Beijing. Based on the outperformance of the intended planning in first quarter, now the city has accumulatively increased 109-hectare land area for affordable housing projects, accounting for 24% of the total intended supply amount, including 1-hectare area for public rental housing, 23-hectare area for price-limited housing and 85-hectare area for purposive settlement housing.
In order to ensure successful implementation of the supply plan of the affordable housing project in 2015, the next step for us it to continue to adhere to the principle of “first place to district and county and unified planning in the whole city”, further sort out the procedure settlement of the affordable housing project and the important and difficult problems the project faces, strengthen communication and coordination and accelerate the land supply for the affordable housing project.
