On June 12, the market transactions of two residential land projects including the lots 16-03-04, 16-01-05 and 16-01-07 in Gongchen Neighborhood, Fangshan District involved a total land area of about 22 hectares and a total construction area of about 400,000 square meters. The two projects are located in the western living area of Liangxiang Higher Education Park, of which the lots 16-03-04 and 16-01-05 in Gongchen Neighborhood are located in the west of western living area of Liangxiang Higher Education Park, and the residential construction area (approximately 138,000 square meters) within the project will be used for the construction of owner-occupied commercial housing with the housing sales price of 17,500 yuan / square meter; the lot 16-01-07 in Gongchen Neighborhood is located in the east of western living area of Liangxiang Higher Education Park, a commercial institution facility for old-age care with the construction area of about 38,000 square meters is planned within the project, and the supporting price-limited housing of 57,000 square meters is built with the limited housing price of 12,500 yuan / square meter.
As one of the two university parks approved by Beijing Municipal Committee and the People's Government of Beijing Municipality, Liangxiang Higher Education Park is a modern city academy focusing on higher education and integrating study, work and living. Meanwhile, there are Beijing-Hong Kong-Macao Expressway, the second Beijing-Shijiazhuang Expressway and other expressways as well as the commuter train at Fangshan Line around the Liangxiang Higher Education Park for convenient transportation. After completion, the two projects will further improve the supporting public service facilities in the Liangxiang Higher Education Park.
