On March 20, the land transaction market of our city released a notice on the transfer of two land plots for owner-occupied commercial housing located in Shijingshan and Pinggu, involving a land area of about 13 hectares and building area of about 170,000 square meters.
Among them, the land plot x-18160 at No. 1 West Yuquan Road, Shijingshan District is located between the fourth and fifth ring on the west of Shijingshan District, close to Babaoshan Station of Metro Line 1. It covers a land area of about 3 hectares and building area of about 40,000 square meters, in addition to about 4,800 square meters of resettlement housing, the remaining will be used for the construction of owner-occupied housing, with sales price limited to 35,000 yuan / square meter (including full-decoration costs). The land plot PG08-0401-0004 in Xilijin Village, Shandongzhuang Town, Pinggu District is close to Pinggu New City, covering a land area of about 10 hectares and building area of about 130,000 square meters; all the residential land within the land plot will be used for the construction of owner-occupied commercial housing, with sales price limited to 14,500 yuan / square meter (including full-decoration costs). Upon the completion, the above two projects will provide about 170,000 square meters of owner-occupied commercial housing for our city.
In order to meet the basic housing needs of our citizens and improve their living conditions, our commission has increased the land supply of owner-occupied commercial housing since the beginning of this year. Up to now, we have launched about 19 hectares of land for owner-occupied commercial housing, with building area of about 310,000 square meters. Later on, our commission will also launch about 31 hectares of land for owner-occupied commercial housing, with building area of about 480,000 square meters. In the first quarter, we can launch about a total of 50 hectares of land for owner-occupied commercial housing, completed 60% of the annual land supply plan of owner-occupied commercial housing, and it is 2.8 times of the actual annual owner-occupied commercial housing supply of 2016.
