Notice on Incorporating Construction Project Planning Verification (Acceptance) into the Beijing Construction Project Approval Management System

In order to continuously optimize the business environment and standardize the management of construction project approval, the Commission has incorporated the construction project planning verification (acceptance) matters into the Beijing Municipal Engineering Construction Project Approval Management System since January 1, 2022. The following matters are hereby notified: 

I. Matters incorporated

Construction project planning verification (acceptance)

Including: construction project planning verification (acceptance, urban construction works), construction project planning verification (filing, urban underground pipeline works), construction project planning verification (acceptance, urban residents buildings)

II. Incorporation time and processing method

The above matters will be handled in the municipal and district-level administrative service halls from January 1, 2022. Among them, construction project planning verification (acceptance, urban construction works), construction project planning verification (filing, urban underground pipeline works) can be declared physically through the counter desks at the city and district-level service halls, or online through the Beijing Investment Project Approval and Supervision Platform at www.tzxm.beijing.gov.cn. Upon completion of the verification, the electronic certificate will be issued to the applicant online. Construction project planning verification (acceptance, urban resident’s buildings) matters shall follow the original processing method.

III. Office hours

Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., 13:00 p.m. to 17:00 p.m. (except for statutory holidays)

The above matters are hereby notified.
