Notice of the General Office of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development on Matters Relating to Uniform Renewal of Qualifications of Construction Engineering Enterprises (forwarded by Beijing Municipal Commission of Planning and Natural Resources)

In accordance with the relevant requirements of the General Office of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development’s Notice on Matters Relating to Uniform Renewal of Qualifications of Construction Engineering Enterprises (hereinafter referred to as “the Notice”), and taking into account the qualification management work in Beijing, the Commission hereby notifies the following matters relating to the renewal of qualifications and the management of stamps.


1. The validity period of the Class B qualification certificates for engineering survey and engineering design enterprises issued by the Commission that expires between December 31, 2021 and December 30, 2022, shall have the validity period uniformly extended to December 31, 2022. The validity period of the above qualifications will be automatically extended on the national public service platform for construction market supervision, and the Commission will not issue additional qualification certificates.

2. Engineering survey and engineering design enterprises in Beijing that have obtained the special stamp for survey documents and drawing submission and examination (valid until December 31, 2021) and whose current technical personnel meet the qualification standards may apply for the renewal of the stamp valid until March 31, 2022.

 3. The Commission will strengthen dynamic supervision, and enterprises that do not meet the qualification standards due to changes in personnel (or other reasons) will have to rectify the situation within a certain period of time in accordance with the law.
