The Beijing Municipal Commission of Planning and Natural Resources’ Rights and Interests Department Carefully Organized the Preliminary Work ofSpecial Inventory of Land Assessment Agency in Beijing Municipality

    

In order to further strengthen the assessment and management of natural resources in Beijing Municipality, in accordance with the requirements of the Circular of the General Office of the Ministry of Natural Resources on Carrying out the 2019 Natural Resources Assessment and Evaluation Work (Zi Ran Zi Ban Fa [2019] No.36), the Commission will carry out the special investigation work of land assessment agencies from October 2019 to May 2020.Among the library of the original land assessment agencies of the Commission, through comprehensive review and expert scoring, 10 land assessment agencies were selected as the candidate members of the special investigation group.

In order to carry out the special inventory work in a standardized and orderly manner, the Rights and Interests Department scientifically formulated the inventory plan and carefully designed the inspection scoring sheet.In accordance with the principle of legal inspection, standardization procedures, and objectiveness and fairness, the Commission has formed 5 inspection teams to select 10 land assessment agencies to carry out inspections in advance. The inspection team is composed of the office staff, the staff of the North Assessment Association, industry experts, and heads of Rights and Interests Department of relevant branches transferred. On November 14, the Rights and Interests Department held 10 land assessment agencies to inspect the deployment meeting. The meeting read out the special investigation plan, and the Director of the Rights and Interests Department, Wang Bing, put forward specific requirements for the inspection work. Subsequently, the special investigation group conducted a group discussion and formulated a specific inspection plan.

After the deployment meeting is over, 10 land assessment agencies quickly carried out self-inspection work and carefully prepared self-inspection materials. As at November 15, the relevant agencies have completed the self-inspection work, and submitted self-inspection reports and investigation information. In the next step, the special investigation group will conduct preliminary examination on the relevant materials of the inspection institution, and respectively go to the site for verification to form an investigation evaluation report.
